Compulsory civil liability insurance of vehicle owners (MTPLI)

OSGO VTS is a policy that every car owner should have (according to the RCM of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 24, 2008, No. 141). Since this is compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners to third parties. This policy comes to your aid when, while using the vehicle, you have caused harm to the life or health of other persons or damaged (destroyed) someone else's property.

WHAT CAN WE INSURE?

Civil liability to third parties.

WHAT IS THE POLIC PROTECTING FROM?

Compensation for expenses in case of harm to the life or health of third parties;
Compensation of expenses in case of damage to the property of third parties;

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

- passport or other identification of the insured and other persons admitted to driving the vehicle (pages with a photo card and the last registration mark);

- technical passport (invoice-certificate) or certificate of state registration of the vehicle (copy of the contract for the sale (exchange, donation) of the vehicle);

- a power of attorney to drive a vehicle or another document confirming the right to own this vehicle - if the compulsory insurance contract is concluded with the condition that only certain persons are allowed to drive the vehicle (for all persons admitted to driving the vehicle, with the exception of vehicle owner)

- driving licenses of all persons authorized to drive a vehicle, or other documents confirming the right of all drivers to drive a vehicle - if the compulsory insurance contract is concluded with the condition that only certain persons are allowed to drive the vehicle;

- documents (certificate, certificates, etc.) certifying the involvement of policyholders in the category of persons entitled to receive a discount on the insurance premium (if any), copies of documents are subject to notarization;

- information about insurance for each person admitted to driving a vehicle, provided by insurers with whom compulsory insurance contracts were concluded during the previous 5 years.

FOR THE 50% DISCOUNT HAVE THE RIGHT:

- participants or partisans of the war of 1941-1945 or persons equated to them;

- veterans of the labor front during the war of 1941-1945;

- former juvenile prisoners of concentration camps;

one of the parents or the widow, who has not remarried, of a serviceman who died as a result of a wound, concussion or injury received in the performance of military service duties or as a result of an illness associated with being at the front;

military personnel and persons liable for military service called up for training and verification camps who served as part of a limited contingent of troops temporarily stationed in the Republic of Afghanistan and other countries in which hostilities were fought;

victims of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant;

- pensioners;

- disabled people.
