Timur Alfredovich Smirnov was born on 4 November 1983. He has a higher education: in 2004, he graduated from the Kashkadarya Regional Institute of Management with a specialization in Accounting.

He began his professional career in January 2001 and has 18 years of experience in the insurance industry. Since 18 August 2026, he has held the position of Deputy General Director at JSC «KAPITAL SUGʻURTA».

Dehkanov Otabek Tashpulatovich was born on 06.09.1978. Education – higher: in 2000 he graduated from Namangan Institute of Engineering and Economics (specialization "Finance and Credit"), and in 2005 – from the same institute (specialization "Financial Management").

He began his professional career in April 1996; his experience in the insurance sector is 5 years. Since June 2026, he has held the position of Deputy General Director of "KAPITAL SUGʻURTA" JSC.

Elyor Uchqunovich Sobirov was born on 29 January 1993. He has a higher education: in 2017, he graduated from the Faculty of Informatics and Information Technologies of the National University of Uzbekistan.

He began his professional career in September 2017 and has 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. Since January 2026, he has held the position of Deputy General Director at JSC «KAPITAL SUGʻURTA».

Bahrom Alisherovich Aziztayev was born on 27 October 1985. He has a higher education: in 2006, he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry with a degree in Accounting and Audit. In 2013, he graduated from the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan with a degree in Insurance.

He began his professional career in November 2006 and has 17 years of experience in the insurance industry. Since June 2026, he has held the position of Chief Accountant at JSC «KAPITAL SUGʻURTA».
